1. Book your Appointment for Weight Loss or Urgent Care. Pay Schedule fee to confirm appt.
Prior to confirmed appointment, complete intake forms (see "Sign Forms" on left panel.
*established weight loss patients do not need to repay scheduling fee for refill of meds.
2. Complete virtual visit on secured privacy secured platform.
3. Prescription sent to local pharmacy to be picked up or meds will be shipped directly to home from one of our FDA approved compound pharmacies.
*As a weight loss client of Bodiwell, you will have access to unlimited texts for question/concerns without the need to spend extra money for additional appointment. Please note if not urgent concern. Reply back will be returned within 48 hrs between the hours of 8A-5P during regular business hours
